Her series of works break through the traditional boundaries of oil painting, using vivid colors and unique perspectives to deliver a strong visual impact and interpret the tension between tradition and modernity. For example, the "King of Flowers," the peony, is vividly depicted in various poses across her canvases. Through her unique artistic perspective, Chiu breathes new life into this traditional subject, capturing the shifting light and shadow of the peony at different moments. He noted that artists' inspiration and scientists' discoveries often complement each other, revealing humanity's profound understanding of the world. Rone referenced Vincent van Gogh’s famous painting, The Starry Night, explaining that its swirling skies depict abstract concepts from the physics of turbulence—an excellent example of the overlap between art and science. He further mentioned that technologies, particularly digital and blockchain innovations, are reshaping the creation and commercialization of artworks. These technologies not only enhance the market value of art but also give artists greater creative freedom, opening up new business models.
