The relationship between Michigan State and Taiwan is exceptionally strong. Currently, over 10,000 Taiwanese students are studying, working, and living in Michigan. Additionally, Taiwan is Michigan’s fifth-largest import market and sixth-largest export market in Asia. These statistics highlight the tangible results of our recent collaborative efforts.

Taiwan's semiconductor industry has gained international recognition. Building upon this foundation, Taiwan Nano & Micro-Photonics leverages original and disruptive innovation technologies of silicon photonics sensing. With the assistance of the Michigan-Taiwan Office, we look forward to deep collaboration with the automotive industry in Michigan, jointly driving advancements in the technology sector.
